• Communication and relationship building by phone, text, email, video, and chat

• Respond to internet leads, calls, and chats with speed, accuracy, and professionalism
• Build rapport and trust by sharing information on inventory, specials, and financing
• Set qualified appointments for sales teams across Graff Auto Campus
• Log every interaction in the CRM and follow up consistently
• Partner with store managers to improve the customer experience
• Guide customers through the purchasing process

• Strong written and verbal communication
• High energy and a positive, customer-first attitude
• Comfort with technology, CRM systems, and digital communication
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

No automotive experience? No problem. BDC, call center, or automotive experience is a plus, but we hire for attitude, work ethic, and coachability, and we'll train the right person.
