Job Description

Job Description

iVision Consulting is seeking an experienced Lead ERP Analyst to take ownership of our client’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) environment and lead the ongoing optimization, implementation, and refinement of business-critical systems and processes.

\n

The ideal candidate is a hands-on ERP leader who combines strong technical and functional expertise with exceptional stakeholder and end-user relationship skills. This individual will serve as a key bridge between technology, business operations, and end users—understanding business needs, gathering requirements, improving processes, and ensuring ERP solutions effectively support the organization. You must have demonstrated experience working directly with employees and department leaders, listening to their needs, translating those needs into requirements, and guiding them through system and process changes. A collaborative, approachable leadership style and the ability to build strong relationships across an organization are essential.

\n

\n

What You Will Do :

\n
    \n
  • Assume ownership and day-to-day leadership of the organization's ERP environment, serving as a primary point of accountability for system performance, functionality, and continuous improvement.
  • \n
  • Lead and support ERP module implementations, with particular value placed on experience implementing payroll and timekeeping functionality.
  • \n
  • Partner closely with HR, Finance, Payroll, IT, and other business stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate them into effective system solutions.
  • \n
  • Lead requirements gathering, business process analysis, process refinement, and product optimization initiatives.
  • \n
  • Evaluate existing workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, usability, controls, and system functionality.
  • \n
  • Build strong, productive relationships with stakeholders and end users across the organization.
  • \n
  • Engage users throughout the implementation and change-management lifecycle, including requirements definition, testing, training, issue resolution, and go-live support.
  • \n
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams, business leaders, vendors, and end users.
  • \n
  • Manage implementation activities, priorities, timelines, issues, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
  • \n
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership regarding ERP capabilities, process improvements, and opportunities for future system enhancements.
  • \n
  • Support the organization through go-live and post-implementation stabilization, transitioning the ERP environment into a sustainable long-term operating model.
  • \n
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with ERP vendors and implementation partners as needed.
  • \n
\n

\n

What You Need :

\n
    \n
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • \n
  • Demonstrated ownership and management of an ERP system in a business environment.
  • \n
  • Proven experience leading or significantly contributing to ERP module implementations.
  • \n
  • Experience with payroll and/or time and labor module implementations.
  • \n
  • Demonstrated experience with requirements gathering, business process analysis, product refinement, and system optimization.
  • \n
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and end-user relationship management skills.
  • \n
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • \n
  • Experience working directly with business users to understand needs, resolve issues, and drive adoption.
  • \n
  • Demonstrated ability to lead implementations and system improvements in organizations with approximately 500–700 users, with experience supporting environments of up to approximately 1,000 users preferred.
  • \n
  • Experience with Tyler Technologies/Munis or another public-sector ERP platform.
  • \n
  • Experience with Workday or another enterprise ERP/HRIS platform
  • \n
\n

Nice To Have :

\n
    \n
  • Experience working within state or local government.
  • \n
  • Experience leading ERP implementations in a long-tenured employee environment, where successful stakeholder engagement, communication, and change management are critical.
  • \n
  • Private-sector experience is welcome; experience with a very large Fortune 500/1000 organization is not required.
  • \n
