Interview Requirements for this role:

Please bring your resume and any valid security licenses or certifications .

• 1yr previous retail loss prevention or Military background or Law enforcement experience.
• Professional appearance and business-casual attire required
• Active California Guard Card or ability to obtain one
• Ability to stand and remain on your feet for extended periods
• Ability to pass a background and drug screening
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• High school diploma or GED
• Military or law enforcement experience is a plus

What Youll Do

As a Security Officer with Metro One you will:

• Maintain a visible professional security presence
• Protect clients employees customers and assets
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Monitor premises and conduct patrols
• Complete accurate incident and activity reports
• Enforce safety and security procedures
• Professionally de-escalate situations when necessary
• Follow all company policies and procedures including the hands-off policy
• Maintain professionalism while representing Metro One and our clients
