Shift Schedule: Varied clinical and administrative schedule based on NICU coverage (typically 12–24 hour neonatal coverage shifts)
Weekend Requirements: Rotational weekend NICU coverage (24-hour shifts as scheduled)
On-Call Requirements: Shared neonatal call coverage as part of physician leadership team (rotational, 24-hour coverage)
Shift Type: Varied clinical and administrative schedule based on NICU coverage (typically 12–24 hour neonatal coverage shifts)

Requirements:

Board Certified in Neonatology (not accepting board eligible) – [REQUIRED]
MD or DO degree – [REQUIRED]
Virginia Medical License (or willingness to obtain) – [REQUIRED]
Leadership experience in NICU or clinical program development – [REQUIRED]
Neonatology experience – [REQUIRED] (experienced candidates only)
Does the provider require visa support (J1/H1B)? – [REQUIRED] to specify
Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) - [REQUIRED] * no exemption, required at presentation
DEA (must be obtained prior to start) - (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) - [REQUIRED] * no exemptions
MD or DO degree
Eligible for hospital credentialing
Leadership experience in clinical quality or program development (implied requirement)
Board Certified
