Work From Home Flexible Schedule Training Provided
Were looking for dependable people-focused individuals who can provide clear communication thoughtful support and a positive experience for clients in a remote setting.
As a Remote Customer Service Representative youll assist with questions updates scheduling needs service requests and general coordination. Youll help clients understand next steps keep important information organized and make sure requests are handled accurately and professionally.
Some assignments may also include light reservation support or planning details involving accommodations activities transportation or scheduled services.
No previous industry experience is required. Training and ongoing support are provided.
Respond to questions provide updates and help clients feel informed throughout the process.
Assist with schedules confirmations requests and changing details.
Track pending items and make sure important information does not get overlooked.
Research answers help resolve routine concerns and identify next steps when needs change.
Keep client information notes and service details accurate and organized.
Were looking for someone who is:
Experience in customer service hospitality reservations administration scheduling retail or client support can be helpful but it is not required.
